Who We Are and What We Do: The Operations Support Division (OSD) is an inclusive and collaborative partnership of state agencies and regional Incident Management Teams (IMT) serving the people of Virginia through a framework of all-hazards emergency management.”
OSD Partners: OSD partners with a variety of regional IMTs and state agencies to provide trained and certified personnel for local, regional and statewide emergency management efforts. Partners include, but are not limited to:
Central Virginia Incident Management Team
Hampton Roads Incident Management Team
National Capital Region Incident Management Team
Southwest Virginia All-Hazards Incident Management Team
COV Incident Management Assistance Team
