The Virginia Department of Emergency Management is headquartered in North
Chesterfield, Virginia, with administrative offices at Farrar Court and the
Virginia Emergency Operations Center located off-site on the grounds of the
Virginia State Police headquarters. VDEM’s chief regional coordinators
also maintain offices within their territories to serve as a base of
operations for Regional Support Division — East and West staff.
